To undertake full receptionist duties, ensuring the service is efficient and welcoming, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Booking/cancelling/changing appointments using the Patient Administration System (PAS) when required. To convey appropriate information and messages received from patients, colleagues and managerial staff accurately and timely to the appropriate Professionals and Disciplines as authorised.
