Learning Support Assistant – What you will need:
1. You will require a minimum 2:2 in your degree.
2. Good academic background is required (A-Levels & GCSEs)
3. Resilient and empathetic
4. Experience working with pupils/young people is highly desirable
5. Passionate about education and supporting disadvantaged students
