About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sunbelt Rentals as an Operations Support Co-ordinator on a fixed term basis.
In this role your days will be spent communicating with customers on the telephone, via email and responding to website requests, ensuring hires are delivered on time,. You’ll manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and building relationships with regular customers. .
Key responsibilities will include;
1. Ensure that all transactions and documentation are recorded accurately and in line with both Sunbelt’s and Customer policies & procedures.
2. Partner with rehire partners in order to identify and implement service and system efficiencies / improvements.
3. Work in conjunction with all depots
4. Effectively manage the Sunbelt systems procedures to ensure a smooth transition of the hire process.
5. Managing customer invoicing, monitoring whether additional PO’s are required and supplying financial reports back on events.

To succeed as a Operations Support Co-ordinator you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
6. Experience working within Customer Service or similar role
7. Experience of previous involvement in projects or organisation of people
8. Previous billing experience (Advantageous)
9. Exceptional written and communication skills including negotiating and influencing. You’ll have the ability to engage and build relationships with both internal and external customers
10. Comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with our company policies and pricing structures
11. An effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach
12. A flexible and adaptable approach, you’ll enjoy a varied work day in a fast-paced operational environment where you’ll manage multiple tasks, deadlines and targets whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy
13. A commitment to continuous improvement, puts forward and acts on suggestions to improve processes and service levels
14. A good level of computer literacy in MS Office packages. You’ll embrace learning new IT systems and enjoy making the most of technology in your job role
