The Graphic Designer role will focus on supporting the creation of iQ Student Accommodation's digital and print artwork, as well as contributing to other brand and design activities within all areas of iQ Student Accommodation's marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Design and production of digital and print marketing collateral. Creation of digital and print marketing collateral including but not limited to posters, brochures, social media ads, in-house videos, exterior hoarding and vinyls, using various Adobe design software. Ensure designs align with the brand, are innovative and stand out amongst competitors. Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designers to complete campaigns and align with the agreed creative vision. Develop videos for use across social media and digital screens at site, using Adobe After Effects to create bespoke and engaging animations. Create assets for print across internal/external signage, merchandise, and marketing collateral. Adapting HTML email templates, sent out via Mapp, StarRez and external suppliers, Ensure all customer facing material complies with iQ Student Accommodation brand guidelines. Store all artwork accurately and in a central folder accessible by the team. Proof all artwork accordingly to minimise risk of errors before submitting for approval. On an ongoing basis, with the Senior Graphic Designer and Studio Manager, review the branding and brand collateral in order to keep it fresh, appealing and interesting. Research and maintain a current understanding of creative within the student accommodation industry and share design best practice from outside the sector. Any other reasonable requests or tasks as appropriate to the role including project work. Knowledge & Qualifications: Degree in Graphic Design/design related subject is preferable. Great understanding of design principles. Knowledge of marketing and designing for commercial purposes. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Experience & Skills: Essential: Highly creative, with a flair for designing original concepts. Strong commercial acumen; extensive experience of responding to briefs and designing collateral that generates sales. Experience in a multi-channel marketing environment. Attention to detail with excellent grammar and punctuation. Proficient in managing multiple priorities, strong organisational and project management skills. Collaborative, persuasive communicator. Conscientious and professional, patient with a friendly, "can do" attitude. Experience in graphic design role Desirable: Professional experience in the student, accommodation, travel or hospitality markets
