Annual salary: up to £47,812.50 Contract Manager Glasgow – Hybrid working between onsite and office based Permanent, Full time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Salary up to £45,000 plus commercial vehicle and fuel card About the role As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of contract service delivery at either branch or regional level. Supporting the General Manger on delivery of high-quality services to Client properties, including capital & programmed works, built environment, reactive, maintenance, compliance or remedial works, ensuring teams operate to Mears defined branch standards and deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability and resource deployment. Management of all aspects of operational and commercial delivery Ensure compliancy and adherence to health & safety Management of direct labour resources and supply chain, identifying opportunities to increase productivity and capture and maximise efficiency savings Adherence to and completion of company & client reporting protocols with required timescales Cultivate a positive, customer focused culture that is instilled and promoted across all work / programme activities via Mears Red Thread Ensure attainment of high levels of customer satisfaction in delivery and achieving contractual KPI targets Provide accurate reporting to management as requested Role Criteria: Proven track record of capital / programmed works or repairs and maintenance management & delivery. Proven track record of commercial and performance management. Ability to manage multiple sites & contracts. Proven track record of working in a customer focused environment.
