Ourclient a globalscale Australian gold producer with projects locatedin the Goldfields Western Australia is looking for an experiencedSite OHS Administrator to join their team. The position offers an8/6 roster with FIFO from Perth for an immediate start.
TheOpportunity
Weare seeking a dedicated OHS Administrator to assist in themaintenance and administration of our Workplace Health &Safety (WHS) systems databases and documentation. This support roleinvolves troubleshooting onsite issues contributing to systemenhancements and developments as well as generating adhocreports.
TheRoleSpecifics
* Gatherand input data into the appropriate company databases andsystems.
* Provideongoing administrative support to the WHSTeam.
* Assistthe WHS Team in preparing and disseminating information related tohealth safety and training for employees andcontractors.
* Advisethe Coordinator on opportunities for systemimprovements.
* Generateweekly and monthly WHS reports along with any necessary statisticalreports.
* Managepurchase orders for the businessunit.
* Coordinatetravel arrangements for employees and consultants engaged by thebusinessunit.
* Conductdetailed analyses and presentations of OHS and trainingdata.
* Collaboratewith other internal departments or stakeholders to promote the useof WHS and training data andsystems.
* Testprograms or databases resolve errors and implement necessarymodifications forimprovement.
* Plancoordinate and enforce security measures to protect information incomputer files from accidental or unauthorized damage modificationordisclosure.
* Overseethe installation and testing of new approved products ensuringaccurate scheduling and planning and assist in preparing variousreports and presentations as required by thesite.
Requirements
Withover three years of experience in a similar systems administrationsupport position you have a strong focus on customer service a keeneye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills. Having workedin a comparable role particularly in the resources sectorYouadapt easily to shifting priorities manage multiple tasksefficiently and thrive in a dynamic environment focused onresults.
Additionallyyou will demonstrate:
* MicrosoftOffice Suite proficiency
* Experiencein relevant safety and database managementsystems
* Solidknowledge of INX modules and applications
* Excellentverbal and written communication skills
* Stronganalytical abilities and critical thinking skills
* Welldeveloped organisational attention to detail and time managementskills
* Somefamiliarity with the Work Health & Safety Act andRegulations
* Qualificationin Business Administration or a related field(desirable)
