Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Based in Penrith, Cockermouth or Appleby.
Salary: Up to £25,600 after successfully completing all training and product licensing requirements.

The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser working from our modern offices located either in our Penrith, Cockermouth or Appleby Branches in Cumbria.
Typical Duties
1. Responding to customer enquiries over the telephone or face to face in the branch.
2. Acquiring and maintaining a knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products.
3. Reviewing and advising customers on their general insurance requirements.
4. Enabling cross-selling opportunities to new and existing customers.
5. Administering all customer instructions to completion and compliance standards.
6. Processing and dispatching renewal documentation.
7. Producing correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards.
8. Developing and sustaining effective working relationships with customers and all members of the Agency.
9. Obtain customer appointments for our financial advisor.
10. Handling customer payments/accounts queries/banking.
