If you'd like a real sense of job satisfaction, great career prospects and a competitive benefits package, you could be who we're looking for Job Role: Supported Housing Worker Salary: £24,500 per year Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract type: Permanent Location: Somerset East & Somerset (mainly Frome & Shepton Mallet) Additional information: Valid driver's license and access to a car business purposes Participation in an on-call, out of hours rota (£100 per week when on-call) Occasional weekend work may be required The Role: As a Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, high-quality support to individuals who have experienced rough sleeping and have high support needs. You'll work across four small housing units, building strong relationships with residents to help them gain stability, overcome challenges, and move towards greater independence. With an average caseload of just four clients, you'll have the time to provide meaningful, one-to-one support (around 11 hours per client per week).
