Facilities Receptionist/Assistant

We now have exciting opportunity for a Facilities Receptionist/Coordinator
to join one of our major client's team within the FM sector based in the Bridgend area on a Temporary to permanent for the right person.
Shifts :
Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:00pm
Role Responsibility:
Opening office each morning.
Reviewing the office and setting it up for the day e.g. filling coffee machines, spot checks on cleaners, turn air con on, H&S check, checking no leaks in the toilet etc - could set up a checklist for these.
Raising jobs for repairs, maintenance etc
Ordering of office supplies / cleaning equipment etc
Welcoming and signing in staff external to Bridgend, including execs, visitors / contractors and escorting round site or between the office spaces as required.
Front of house first point of contact and managing the intercom etc.
Room booking / hotel booking / travel booking e.g. taxis, hospitality booking e.g. for visitors, leadership team.
Managing post - in and outwards
General office support - e.g. scanning invoices, forwarding to other internal departments e.g. account payable.
Covering phones
Supporting in the planning of charitable and team events
Would need to be proactive, multiskilled, adaptable, be able to communicate at all levels.
The Ideal Candidate:
Facilities, Reception or Concierge background preferred
Wiling to go the Extra Mile
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent Attention to detail
