We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Manager to lead one of our clients elderly nursing homes in Surrey. This contract position is ideal for a seasoned Interim Manager with expertise in operational turnaround and CQC compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish robust audit frameworks to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build and nurture relationships with residents, families, staff, and key stakeholders
- Lead and mentor nursing and care teams to create a positive, collaborative culture
- Monitor and improve service delivery standards across all departments
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record in nursing home management
