We sre looking for a dynamic PCN Executive to join our team at Logistics UK In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our members, providing professional and timely management of PCN accounts. Key Responsibilities Crafting and sending detailed appeal letters. Identifying trends and "hotspots" in PCNs and communicating insights with our members. Collaborating with Local Authorities and private parking companies to resolve disputes. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with our members. Conducting occasional member visits to review trends and discuss strategies. Producing reports to inform decisions and review meetings. Requirements Excellent administrative skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Experience with data entry (preferred). Ability to prioritise tasks, stay organised, and manage multiple responsibilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A team player who can also work independently. A keen eye for detail, with a commitment to learning and growing in the role.
