Due to incredible business growth we are EXCLUSIVELY recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
· Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
· Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.
· Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
· Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
