We are delighted to be recruiting an Office Manager on behalf of our client who are a well-established law firm with offices in Camborne and Penzance.
The Role: our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations across both offices. The successful candidate will primarily be based in Camborne but will also work in the Penzance office one to two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing administrative functions across both offices to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Updating and maintaining company policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
* Overseeing and updating the firm’s website and online presence.
* Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.
* Coordinating with external suppliers and service providers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence with website management.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
* Flexibility to work between Camborne and Penzance offices.
