Randstad C&P are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to join various exciting highways and heavy civil engineering projects for a specialist subcontractor in Buckinghamshire! Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with managing projects (programme, H&S, quality)
2. Daily liaison with clients
3. Daily liaison with site foreman
4. Assisting resolving daily project issues
5. Oversee the preparation and submission of technical reports and documentation.
6. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HNC, etc.) in Civil Engineering or related field.
9. Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on highways, 278 works, and infrastructure upgrades.
10. Proficient in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
11. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
12. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
13. In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
