As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for a Production Operative known as an Operations Team Member at Marshalls with a background in Manufacturing Production Plant to join our award-winning company at our Pollington site.
So what's the mission?
You will be responsible for the safe operation of plant and equipment (inclusive of mechanical handling equipment such as FLTs) to manufacture concrete products to required specifications, contributing to site delivery of safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets.
What are the mission-critical skills?
1. Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
2. Concrete manufacturing experience desirable
3. FLT license desirable
4. Team player with attention to detail
5. Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
6. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous
7. Excellent English communication and writing skills
