⭐Learning Support Assistant - September Start⭐
Location: East of England, Essex, Wickford
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £85 - £90 Per day
Benefits: £50 referral bonus
Job Duties:
1. Providing one-to-one support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
2. Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
3. Supporting classroom teachers in delivering tailored lesson plans
4. Helping students with personal care and behaviour management
5. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting
- Knowledge of different learning strategies and techniques
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools
- First Aid training certification
- Additional qualifications in special education or child development
Working Conditions:
- Work hours may vary based on school timetables
- May require physical activity such as assisting students with mobility
- Will involve working closely with teaching staff and parents
- Compliance with school policies and procedures is essential
