Job Description
Answering an inbound sales line and placing an order compliantly, as well as selling
a secondary upsell product to fulfil their buying requirements. 4 week training programme
on a 9-5.
Account management of appointed VIP clients, by selling coins, apparel and Décor to
build up their collections and source gaps.
Negotiating and overcoming sales objections from clients.
Identifying the needs of the clients and offering the most appropriate product to suit
their buying needs
Ensure you have an in-depth knowledge of our products that you are retaining, in
order to achieve the role requirements.
Responsible to sell a broad of range of products, mirroring customers’ needs and
wants.
Responsible for the execution of list-based dialler activity, contacting existing
customers to convert further cross sell products, matching their collectable purchases
or occasional buying requirements.
Self-motivated and self-taught in continual product knowledge and selling techniques
