The Role:
Joining our small and friendly team as a Senior Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide crucial administrative support to our Contact, Assessment and Resolution Team (CART) and our Adults’ Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). CART and MASH handle telephone calls, web chat and online enquiries and are the first point of contact for people seeking support from Adults’ Health and Care or raising safeguarding concerns.
What you’ll do:
* Respond to routine enquiries both verbally and in writing.
* Answer incoming calls from the public and professionals using our computer-based telephone system.
* Use a range of IT systems for data input and to provide accurate information and reports within agreed timescales.
* General office tasks, including printing letters and sourcing information to post to customers.
* Build relationships and establish internal networks of contacts.
* Perform ad hoc tasks as required, e.g. minute taking.

* IT and Microsoft Office 365 skills including Word and Excel.
* Confident written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
* Resilience and adaptability.

Your working pattern:
* You’ll be based in the office for a minimum of two days per week. We’re currently based out of The Parkway in Fareham, but our offices will be moving to Havant Public Service Plaza towards the end of the year.
* The full-time hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm.
* The part-time hours will be worked across 4-5 days per week (Monday-Friday), but the exact working pattern can be discussed.
