The Role
We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, thrives in a customer-focused environment, and can seamlessly handle both front-desk and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide an exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming all guests/members and non-members to the spa
* Maintain the cleanliness of the spa reception area, look after retail displays and promotional sites within the Club
* Input rosters onto the booking system and manage the appointments effectively to ensure maximum revenue and booking efficiency
* Work closely with the therapist team to ensure in house products and retail stock levels are maintained. Carry out monthly stock takes and receive deliveries.
* Ensure agreed standards of opening/closing the Spa are adhered to, including banking accuracy
* Handle client feedback and any complaints in a professional and timely manner in line with company procedure
* Achieve retail targets
* Handle enquiries, take bookings, warmly welcome customers, process payments and handle the daily operations of a busy Spa flawlessly
* Handle and store customer information in compliance with GDPR regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications, attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:
* Experience in a fast paced, luxury guest environment
* Computer literate with preferred experience using Premier software
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk comfortably to all members, guests, colleagues and management
* Ability to multi task and perform under pressure with a great eye for detail
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
