This is an iconic venue in Nottingham City Centre. Pitcher & Piano Nottingham is set inside an old church with some of the original features still in place. It's a busy vibrant bar with two levels and a beer garden with its own outside bar. It is located in a high footfall area so there is plenty of opportunity to increase trade.

* Signature cocktails, wines, craft beers, and premium spirits
* Popular bottomless brunch
* Tourists drawn to the unique venue
* After-work crowd and weekend nightlife-goers
* Vibrant social hub in the evenings with DJ sets and cocktails
* Private hire for parties, corporate events, and celebrations
The venue attracts a mix of young professionals and office workers, after-work drinks crowd, students & young adults (especially evenings & weekends), university students and young professionals, couples & groups (dinner & brunch) and customers enjoying the nightlife scene across late evenings and weekends.
There is opportunity to grow the business with a sales focus around bookable spaces, utilising our outside meeting space, growing the after work social occasion and maximising Saturdays. We are looking for a highly branded, wet led, late night operator with experience. The current estimated weekly sales are £35-£40k per week (75/25 Dry led) and can be grown to over £100k per week at Christmas time.
