HR Business Partner, Lead Key Role: Act as a key contributor and functional expert providing HR operational support across aligned sectors. Partner closely with Talent Integrators in accounts and act as a primary integrator to regional employees and managers by providing integrated support and enhanced employee experience across the region. Maintain a deep breadth of HR knowledge of local and regional labor markets, state and local regulations, Enterprise Organization ( EO ) functions, and Centers of Excellence ( COEs ) priorities and offerings, provide valuable feedback and insights to COEs and Talent Integrators regarding regional needs, gaps, and challenges, and serve as an integrator with local leadership to address emerging needs by generating innovative ideas, solutions, and intellectual capital or process improvements across the region. C ond uct intake calls and escalate as appropriate to Employee Relations and Investigation or Business Investigations teams, advise managers and leaders on how to address performance or behavior concerns, implement improvement strategies and ensure continuous monitoring, coach managers and leaders on workplace issues such as delivering and documenting feedback, performance improvement plans, severance, and disciplinary actions, and partner with Legal as needed. Manage day to day HR actions pertaining to resignations, reviewing disclosure management, delivery of disciplinary actions, completing HR compliance requests from COEs, updating case management tools and region related agreements, researching and resp ond ing to HR related queries in case management tools such as ServiceNow, IBM, or MS, managing and resp ond ing to unemployment claims, and performing Workday actions, compe nsa tion analysis, and recruiting and talent acquisition events. Partner with People Relations and Compliance ( PR & C ) to provide expertise and guidance during time sensitive emergency situations such as death, missing employee, emotional wellness issues, and natural disa sters, and with various COEs to drive process and initiative development, refinement, and execution. Be responsible for local visa paperwork and documentation. Ideate and c ond uct manager training in partnership with PR & C and COEs based on feedback from clients.
