We are partnered with a market leader in asset rental and sales in construction, who are going through a period of positive transformation following successful investment.
As one of the largest dealers in equipment rental and sales across the UK and Europe, they now need a proactive and dynamic Parts Supervisor to support the business growth and develop their skills within a supportive and high performing team.
If you are a strong administrator, highly organised and with knowledge of material handling products (plant, equipment hire, forklifts etc) we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively support the wider Parts team on all administration and organisation.
* Liaise with suppliers, building professional working relationships.
* Raise quotations for customers, advising on products and delivering solutions.
* Build relationships with the internal service and engineering teams, allowing for a cohesive and seamless service.
* Coordinate inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Place critical orders with suppliers.
* Regularly audit and stock check product levels.
To Be Successful:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organised with a natural ability to adapt and prioritise.
* Competency with Microsoft suite and internal data systems.
* Strong time management skills working at volume.
* Knowledge of material handling and forklift equipment.
In return - salary circa £27-30k, death in service, enhanced pension, wellbeing incentives and more.
