You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, hotel teams, and stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful campaigns that bring our stories to life. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Marketing Manager in executing our marketing strategy across digital, print, and PR. Writing compelling copy for web, email, social media, and print. Managing and updating website content. Liaising with PR agencies, coordinating press visits, and supporting influencer collaborations. Helping protect and promote our brand identity across all marketing channels. Building partnerships with local organisations to boost visibility and drive growth. Overseeing creative projects like photoshoots and video content production. Attending trade events and promotional shows. Creating monthly performance reports and analysing campaign effectiveness. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends, depending on business requirements. You must be willing to travel to our hotel locations as needed. About you You will have demonstrable experience in a marketing role - hotel or hospitality experience is a big plus. You must be a creative thinker, commercially minded, and confident in PR, communications and audience engagement, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and a brilliant copywriter with a sharp eye for detail and tone of voice. Being digitally savvy is a must with experience of website CMS, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
