A client of ours in the Witham area is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying from £24,000 per annum depending on relevant skills & experience.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone and email. You will handle a variety of customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products or services.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with tact and diplomacy, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
4. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position:
7. Previous experience in call centre and customer service type roles.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
10. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
11. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
12. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
