Job Title: SAP Access Control Specialist Job Type: Contract Roles & Responsibilities: Demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP Access Control applications, including their capabilities and industry best practices. Analyse the client’s current implementation of SAP Access Controls to understand their existing usage and processes. Identify gaps between the client’s current state and the full utilisation of SAP Access Controls. Document gaps and assess their impact on compliance, risk management, and operational effectiveness. Define actionable steps to bridge the gaps and bring SAP Access Controls to full operational health and optimal utilisation. Ensure recommendations align with industry standards and the client’s business objectives. Create a fully costed plan that includes resource requirements, estimated duration, and actionable steps to implement the recommendations. Incorporate risk assessments and contingency plans into the proposal. Work closely with the client’s IT, security, compliance, and business teams to gather insights and validate findings. Deliver a comprehensive and actionable report tailored to the client’s needs. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven expertise in SAP Access Controls, including GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules such as: - Access Risk Analysis (ARA) - Emergency Access Management (EAM) - Access Request Management (ARM) -Business Role Management (BRM) Strong experience conducting gap analyses and creating improvement roadmaps for SAP Access Controls. Excellent understanding of compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and their application within SAP Access Controls. Ability to produce fully costed project plans, including resource and timeline estimations. Experience in working within large-scale organizations, preferably in the utilities sector. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Access Control. Previous experience working within the utilities or energy sector.
