Adept Resourcing is proud to be supporting our key client, a leading steel manufacturer, in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Bredbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administrative support, ideally with working knowledge of the oil & gas, manufacturing, engineering or steel industry, looking to work alongside a dynamic sales team. Responsibilities: Process new customer data into the company ERP system. Support the Sales Engineer with daily administrative tasks. Ensure accurate and timely order processing and customer data management. Liaise with both internal teams and customers to ensure smooth communication and efficient order fulfilment. Maintain and update customer records, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Assist with managing customer queries and providing excellent customer service. Skills, experience and attributes: Proven experience in a sales administrative role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering or the steel industry. Familiarity with ERP systems (prior experience with SAP or similar would be an advantage). Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
