We’re seeking a highly organised person to join AXA Health's Marketing and Communications team to support, shape and deliver strategic intent across our audiences. You’ll inspire business stakeholders, taking them on new journeys where we seek to revolutionise our approach to customer marketing activities. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you’ll be doing: Lead delivery of our annual member experience priorities. Take responsibility for integrated initiatives, such as new feature launches, mandatory activities and special projects for improved member experience. Enable insights across campaigns to influence stakeholders and increase customer satisfaction. Be a confident communicator, creating strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Maintain clear communication, simplifying complex proposals. Bring in high quality external thinking. Act as a marketing role model and customer champion within AXA Health. Passionate about using insights to act and do things differently. Broad marketing experience across financial services, health and wellbeing - preferred. Outstanding presentational, engagement and communication skills. Solid commercial understanding to partner with business stakeholders. Good knowledge of adhering to and managing within a regulated environment. Track record of seeking excellence in the service to customers. Confident in being able to use metrics to assess success.
