About the Responsibilities:
As a Client Manager, you will provide services to a portfolio of clients across various industries. This role will involve:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure an outstanding client experience.
2. Preparation and review of management accounts and management reporting for a portfolio of clients.
3. Review of CIS for contractor and subcontractor processes.
4. Self-Assessment preparation & submission for more complex clients.
5. Undertaking year-end review and preparation of workpapers.
6. Maintaining and reviewing regular cashflow, budgeting, and forecasts.
7. Tax planning with clients.
8. Review and perform the newly introduced mid-year review service.
9. Developing and managing financial systems and identifying areas for improvement.
10. Responding to finance-related queries and providing analysis and insights to clients.
11. Offering guidance, support, and training to junior team members.
12. Reviewing junior members' performance via annual appraisals.
You will be integral to the practice's continued expansion and will receive ongoing training by working closely with senior management to help deliver the strategy.
About the Applicant:

9. Has experience with Xero accounting software (advantageous).
The role will involve travel to several different client locations, so access to a vehicle is essential.
