Contract Type: Fixed Term; Contractual role for 14 months Location: Brighton (work from office for 3 days and 2 days remote) JOB OVERVIEW This front-line sales position within the Direct Sales team is focused on recruiting students to the full portfolio of Study Group Higher Education programmes across source markets, to achieve student number and revenue targets.
Leads are generated from multiple sources.
As a result, the successful candidate will be required to sell over the phone, by email and occasionally virtually via Team’s, whilst always delivering excellent customer service.
ABOUT THE ROLE Management of leads within agreed SLA times Management of sales pipeline with high-level detail and responsibility of student enquiry through to student arrival in study centre (high-level detail is required for forecasting student numbers) Push existing marketing strategies and promotions to students and delivery conversion strategies to achieve revenue and targets Education advisory discussions with students, parents and school stakeholders advising on our portfolio of products Responsible for managing students from South Europe, Levant, North Africa and Nigeria Management of student information and applications through our CRM system SalesForce and managing own emails and telephone calls Manage relationships with key stakeholders for markets that come under your targets as well as manage relationships with external departments to ensure smooth sales processes e.g.
Admissions and Visa Compliance, teams High level of customer service and attention to detail in addressing student and parent questions Understanding the scope of the business and industry to identify opportunities for business development and marketing to increase student enrolment Responsible for achieving targets set for business growth Responsible for researching and self-learning ABOUT YOU Experience of cold calling (essential and demonstrable) Experience of working in a sales-related role within the education industry (essential) Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and education system Tertiary educated, preferably with overseas education experience (desirable but not essential) Demonstrable ability to meet targets and KPI's (essential) CRM knowledge, preferably salesforce.com (essential) Experience of working in a sales/marketing-related role with an understanding of business ABOUT US Study Group is a leading international education provider that is dedicated and passionate about helping students around the world, creating a brighter future and reaching their full potential.
