Description Regional Inventory Analysis Manager role is required to analyse and drive actions across the Eastern hem ISE sites and required to improve stock turns. This includes reviewing over allocation reports, hosting weekly inventory meetings, providing support to the locations by analysing information on inventory increases (for Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and WIP). Following the success across the ISE CWE group this role forms part of this being expanded across the rest of ISE. The role of a Regional Inventory Analysis Manager is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management across multiple locations. This position encompasses a variety of analytical responsibilities that are crucial for maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting operational needs. This role is indispensable for maintaining a well-balanced and efficient inventory system. Through comprehensive analysis, strategic planning, and robust support, the manager ensures that inventory levels are optimized, costs are controlled, and supply chain operations are smooth and responsive. This role not only contributes to immediate operational success but also supports long-term strategic goals by enhancing the overall inventory management process. Duties & Responsibilities: Supply Chain Support: Facilitate supply chain operating models (ETO, CTO, MTO), aligning inventory strategies with demand variability through the Demand-Driven Operating Model (DDOM). Manage Planning and Scheduling master settings, material planning, scheduling, and execution for assigned facilities. Process Facilitation: Lead monthly MIPS / DDOM Buffer Review processes and S&OP framework, ensuring efficient inventory management and data accuracy. Performance Monitoring: Oversee Daily Management Systems for materials and planning KPIs, generating and analysing over-allocation reports to ensure inventory accuracy and improve stock turns. Monitor inventory performance, design buffer strategies, and manage average stock turns to achieve targets. Continuous Improvement: Review industry trends, develop strategies for process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain flow. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collate and analyse data to aid strategy formulation, facilitate data mining and report extraction using tools like Power BI and Incorta, and ensure accurate lead times and inventory data management. Collaboration & Leadership: Integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, operations, and customers. Provide thought leadership on supply chain planning processes, support demand rationalization globally, and facilitate demand and supply planning reconciliation. Training & Development: Visit locations to train and develop supply chain personnel, ensuring expectations are met. Lead weekly inventory meetings and support various locations with detailed inventory information. Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for inventory movement queries, providing timely and accurate information. Assist in data cleanup and DDOM implementation efforts. Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies on purchasing, health & safety, quality, and housekeeping. Fully accountable for achieving all relevant KPIs. Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other duties as required by business needs. Travel domestically and internationally to support business or project goals. Skills & Experience Required: Essential: Experience with Demand-Driven Operating Model (DDOM) or similar Flow-Based methodologies. Proficiency in Lean, Theory of Constraints, and Six Sigma. Demonstrated experience in process establishment and improvement for inventory and supply chain management. Proficient in using inventory management systems. Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve inventory-related issues. Experience collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to support inventory and supply chain initiatives. Experience working within supply chain operations, understanding end-to-end processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and various locations. Desirable: Strong ability to analyse complex data and generate actionable insights. Deep understanding of inventory management principles and best practices. Advanced skills in data mining, report extraction, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Incorta, Tableau). Familiarity with industry-specific inventory challenges and solutions, especially in manufacturing, retail, or distribution sectors. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently with high accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in coordinating and managing projects related to inventory management and data cleanup. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to facilitate inventory reduction exercises and support DDOM initiatives.
