We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager based in Bedfordshire for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a vehicle rental, sales and service company who are looking for someone to lead and manage their rental side of operations.
Responsibilities of the Branch Manager
Conduct monthly detailed audits.
Deliver training to all employees.
Provide daily coaching to employees and provide feedback as necessary.
Ensure traffic plans are reviewed regularly and adhered to.
Conduct checks daily to ensure branch is fit to close and cleaning is to standard.
Drive guest satisfaction.
Prepare vehicles for hire on the day.
Requirements for a successful Branch Manager
Demonstrable Branch Manager experience.
Experience working within the vehicle hire / rental industry previously.
Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building.
Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and influence at all levels.
Attention to detail.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Able to deal with confidential information.
