We’re looking for enthusiastic F+B Assistants to support our Section Waiters and Brasserie Managers.
In this dynamic role, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer service, maintain a warm and organised environment, and ensure dishes are served accurately. This is a great opportunity to grow your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
The Role :
* Assist Section Waiters in serving guests, ensuring mise-en-place is prepared and ready.
* Follow delegated tasks efficiently and accurately.
* Run food from the pass in a seamless and professional manner.
* Consistently prepare and serve teas and coffees to the highest standards.
* Maintain the cleanliness of The Brasserie to the highest standards, including clearing plates, resetting tables for the next service, and washing and polishing glassware, cutlery, and crockery.
* Ensure each table has everything needed for each course, including topping up water and wine.
* Communicate precise details about guests’ needs effectively to team members, enabling them to perform their duties efficiently.
Skills :
* Willingness to learn new skills.

* Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
* A commitment to upholding high standards.
* Previous experience as a bartender or waiter is preferred.
* Weekend availability.
