Mission: To identify and cultivate opportunities within a defined portfolio of accounts with an existing Schneider Electric relationship through our Secure Power services offers. You will foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within your customer base and the Schneider Electric Business, this is crucial to success in this role. A key focus will be on ensuring on-time renewal of service and maintenance agreements whilst maximising revenue through up selling. Responsibilities: Own, manage, and facilitate the retention and growth of service customers through personalised customer discussions and contract acquisition. Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to influence and support sales activity within the Secure Power services business and promote products and opportunities to drive cross-business sales. Acquire new business and revive lost contracts from our dormant customer base. Support our customer base with legacy equipment transition to our latest offers. Implement self-driven campaigns, marketing plans, and stakeholder/opportunity mapping. Exceed minimum sales levels, while maintaining exceptional levels of customer interaction. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Schneider Electric's product and service offering. Engage in regular training and self-learning to effectively educate customers on new products and communicate the Schneider Value proposition. Skills & Experience: Intellect, tenacity, and pragmatism are essential for success in this role. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possess a fundamental understanding of Account Management. Proactive approach to capitalize on sales opportunities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders. Inquisitive nature with a passion for learning. Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
