Programme Manager / 6 month contract / Day rate negotiable / Hybrid working
We have an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Programme Manager to join us on an initial 6-month contract, with hybrid working where you must be willing to travel to our Dublin offices 2-3 days per week, which will be fully expensed (we are also considering candidates to be based out of our Dublin offices).
Key skillset/role responsibilities:
1. In-depth Business Transformation expertise - someone who can build strong relationships, get into the detail, and get deliverables completed.
2. Project delivery & Change Management experience.
3. Understand gate process, plans, requirements, RAID, create appropriate reports, manage budgets, agendas, actions, decision logs, etc.
4. Good understanding of various business functions in the creation of business readiness plans and implementing governance framework.
5. Key business functions - Finance / Business Operations (store and central services) / Training / HR / Comms / Risk & Audit.
6. Introducing a new governance model for the programme, balancing deliverables with appropriate levels of governance - the programme will get audited against compliance to the delivery framework!
7. Plans developed, maintained, and delivered including cutover planning to live.
8. Comms plans defined and executed.
9. RAID logs created and maintained.
10. Process change management / coordination with the business SMEs - getting into the details!
11. Feeding into the overall Global EPOS budget - budget management.
12. Supporting training efforts led by Retail Ops - e.g., engagement with Tech Workstreams.
13. Stakeholder management.
14. Business Workstream Lead - central point of contact / management for Global EPOS.
15. Retail background.
The Programme Manager best suited for this role would need to be able to adapt quickly to changing project priorities and change focus when/where needed, have a “can do” attitude, and can engage in multiple initiatives in parallel. You would have carried out the role within the Retail or FMCG sector.
