Ready to help improve access to care for people who really need it?
As a Senior Industry Engagement Manager, you’ll drive brand awareness, support clinical and sector relations, and position Specsavers as an industry leader and a great place to work. You’ll identify and develop opportunities to grow and strategically enhance our reputation within audiology and domiciliary care sectors.
You’ll develop, deliver and manage impactful communication and engagement plans targeting key external stakeholders using a multi-channel approach. Working closely with leadership teams, you’ll refine our approach to building and managing strategic relationships with industry partners. You’ll also lead 12-month content planning and event planning to communicate a key message to specific market segments.
Your creativity will shine as you propose and create editorial content across the business communications channels, build trust with key stakeholders and attend industry functions like association events and conferences. You’ll provide feedback on market differentiation and develop products for clinical education and career development to further enhance our external reputation. Also, you’ll respond to the needs of patients and customers to increase access to care.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role; you’ll work closely with agencies and recruitment teams to develop an advertorial strategy for trade titles and social media channels, especially LinkedIn. You’ll create a collaborative approach to communications across internal and external teams, produce regular reports and use analysis to continuously improve our communication strategy.
You’ll establish and maintain relationships of trust with sector leaders, creating a solid foundation for collaborative efforts towards shared goals. Your ability to drive these relationships forward and bring people along on the journey will be key to our success.
You’ll bring a ton of experience in creating and executing impactful communication campaigns, have a solid background and understanding of the healthcare sector, and have worked with healthcare bodies or government. Knowledge of PR, especially trade/B2B PR, is a big plus. You’ll represent Specsavers, promote our behaviours, aim to exceed team objectives, and influence key stakeholders while championing change. Strong business, journalistic, and creative writing skills are a must.
This role closes on 2nd April 2025; however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications. So don’t delay your application, apply now – you’ll be glad you did.
