We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to join us as our very first hire. Key Responsibilities • - Social Media Marketing: Plan, create, and post relevant, engaging content across our core social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and help grow our presence on Twitter. • - Community Engagement: Interact with relevant social media pages to boost brand awareness and foster a supportive community around Comfa. • - SEO & Content Creation: Research and produce SEO-friendly content to improve our search engine rankings and drive traffic. • - Email Marketing: Plan and create weekly email newsletters to engage and inform our audience, while optimizing existing automations. • - Strategy & Collaboration: Liaise with the Director to help shape our digital marketing strategy, and collaborate with any outside agencies (e.g., PPC specialists) as needed. About You We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about Comfa’s mission as we are, and who brings: - Experience: Some job experience or formal qualification in digital marketing, with an ideal background in a startup or e-commerce environment. - Skills: Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, with strong knowledge of SEO, social media strategy, and data analytics. - Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Canva. We’re also open to your recommendations on tools that could better support our goals. - Cultural Fit: Creativity, empathy, and inclusivity are core to our work.
