Our client is a leading SME manufacturer in their niche industry, supplying bespoke systems to their customers. They are looking for a HR Manager to introduce KPIs and manage HR systems.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Full end-to-end HR responsibilities
* Payroll management
* Supporting senior management
* Recruiting, onboarding and offboarding
* Overseeing the learning and development process
* Developing and implementing KPIs, policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience in an SME manufacturing company
* CIPD Level 5 or higher
* Excellent working knowledge of Excel and HR systems
* Good KPI Management skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
