Job Description: Position Title: Logistics Administrator Location: Dungannon Reporting to: Logistics Lead DBP Hours of work : 40 hours per week To provide support to both internal and external customers in supporting the Worldwide Terex dealer network about their orders and essential business requirements This role above all requires Tenacity, Diligence, resolve, determination, and perseverance. A great work ethic and a willingness to grow are essential, ability to follow processes without taking shortcuts with key skills in providing service. Logistics Administrator – Main Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring all unit down orders ship out on daily basis / stock orders within allocated timeframe – meeting Ship on Time targets Ensure all tickets are closed out in timely fashion Ensuring all queries are responded to and resolved satisfactorily Working with Return Co-ordinator to return parts where required Daily meetings with team & internal customers Month End Closure Assist in the review and develop all current & necessary processes and policies Project Work as designated Think critically Communicate clearly This list is not exhaustive and can change as required by the business.
