Position: Student Personal development Manager

Pay Rate: £22-£25 + 12.07% holiday pay per hour.
We are seeking a dedicated Student Personal development Manager to join a leading college in Cambridgeshire on a temporary basis. You will be required to plan, manage and implement the college’s centrally devised personal development programme for students, adult learners and apprentices, including materials for tutors and teachers, student voice programmes, enrichment, and events linked to national and local priorities.
Candidate Requirements:
Degree in relevant field such as human resources, management, psychology, education (desired)
A relevant Level 3 qualification or substantial supervisory experience
Proven experience in managing personal development programmes (preferably in an educational or young people service setting)
Teaching qualification in education (desired)
