Call Centre Customer Care Agent: This well-established award-winning business travel company is expanding their Customer Care team and seeking candidates with previous call centre experience. Office based in Birmingham. Paying £23,400.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers over the phone, email, and live chat to effectively resolve travel issues.
* Exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests.
* Answer customer requests and their travel advisor and think out-of-the-box to provide solutions.
Skills Required:
* Minimum of 1 year working experience in a call centre.
* Experience of working with KPIs, specifically with a focus on quality.
* Experience of supporting customers via email, phone, and live chat.
Additional Information:
* Paying £23,500.
* Office based in Birmingham.
* Working hours on a rota between 8 am - 7 pm, working a 37.5-hour week.
* Working 1 weekend in every 7 weeks.
* Full 8 weeks training provided.
