Role/Responsibilities: Building a positive environment Looking after the team - mentoring/coaching/succession planning Oversee, manage, and develop the culinary offering and menus across all aspects of the business Implement and manage robust operating procedures across the estate kitchens and stores. Oversee and manage food ordering, supplier agreements and costs in line with budget and business demands. Implement and maintain SOPs, portion control, plating standards, and waste management records to maximise efficiencies and profitability. Skills/Experience: Must have Executive Chef experience.
