As our Recruitment Administrator, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our recruitment engine running smoothly. From managing candidate data to supporting the Recruitment Account Manager and clients, your work will be integral to our success. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our CRM/database Support the end-to-end recruitment process: schedule interviews, process documentation, and liaise with all parties Prepare and format candidate CVs to Mactech’s professional standards Conduct compliance and onboarding checks to meet legal and client requirements Monitor internal processes and contribute ideas for improved efficiency Be a professional point of contact for candidates and clients Provide general administrative support including reporting, data entry, and document handling Were looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
