Plexus are currently expanding and building a brand new manufacturing facility at their Livingston site. As such, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electric Wiring Technician/ Wireman/woman to join our growing team and contribute to building highly complex products for our customers.
As an Electric Wiring Technician you will be responsible for operating production test equipment, troubleshooting and repairing defective products, maintaining test equipment, monitoring test performance and yield information, and providing technical support to the manufacturing teams.

Keeps supervisors informed and escalates issues when needed.
Skills & Experience Required:
•Previous wiring experience on complex systems•Ability to define best processes.•Is able to advise on tools and equipment required•Ability to understand and read Blueprints, Engineering Drawings and Wiring schematics, and convert them into a Wiring Schedule•Previous experience and/or ability to coach, mentor and train other members of the manufacturing team•A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required; an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering is preferred. However, equivalent professional experience without the above qualification will be considered
Work Environment:
The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
