Our client operates highly regarded nursing homes across the North and is looking for a manager to run their flagship home in the Northeast, which has a 'Good' CQC rating and a very solid staffing group.
As a Home Manager, you will:
1. Work with multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities, and regulatory bodies.
2. Have overall responsibility for high-quality service delivery and promoting a positive culture.
3. Manage the staff team to promote choice and independence.
4. Meet targets set out in the Quality Strategy for the best quality support and care.

To be successful as a Home Manager, you should have:
1. Experience working to CQC guidelines, relevant legislation, and professional regulations.
2. Experience as a care home manager with evidence of good CQC inspections.
3. Qualifications in Leadership & Management.
4. A Nurse Qualification with a valid pin – RNLD, RMN, or RGN.
