My client is a reputable property and real estate company who is seeking a dedicated IT Technical Analyst to join our team, based from head office providing 1st and 2nd line support to 900+ users across 4 offices. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining systems to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 1st line support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software.
2. Resolve faults and helpdesk requests in line with service level targets.
3. Liaise with third-party providers and ISPs for hardware and internet issues.
4. Assist with PC builds, re-builds, and site installations.
5. Ensure daily backups are conducted and maintain system documentation.
6. Keep up-to-date with new technologies to improve business systems.
7. Assist in infrastructure design and implementation, as well as project work.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
1. Office 365.
2. Office 365 Administration.
3. SharePoint.
4. Exchange 2016 or 2019 server.
5. Full UK driving license.
Desirable Skills & Knowledge:
1. Power Apps / PowerBI Knowledge.
2. Mimecast.
