Travel Operations Coordinator Company Overview: Signature Bristol is hiring a Travel Operations Coordinator to join a prestigious client based near Bristol Airport on a permanent basis. About the Role: As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the commercial operations of the business. Acting as a project manager, you will oversee client experiences from start to finish, ensuring all logistics and client needs are met. This dual role combines sales and operations, providing a dynamic and varied work environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate travel bookings and ensure smooth operations for high-end clientele in a regulated environment. Sales and operations duties may vary daily to offer diverse challenges. Respond to travel-related inquiries via phone and email, including the management of trip requests, feasibility checks, and sales. Maintain location data and provide administrative support for the quote management system. Prepare and issue travel documents and other relevant materials to clients. Work directly with clients, ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all dealings. Liaise with internal teams (operations, third-party providers, finance, management) to ensure accurate bookings, transport arrangements, and client catering services. Circulate travel briefs to clients in a timely manner. Experience & Skills Required: Previous experience in roles requiring high-level coordination, such as in lettings, recruitment, events, or operations. Strong background in managing projects with multiple components. Attention to accuracy and detail is critical. Excellent written and verbal communication with a friendly telephone manner.
