Head of Property
Location: Hybrid (Predominantly remote with 1-2 days per week at our Head Office in Kemble, Wiltshire)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 per annum + up to £6,750 bonus + £5,500 car allowance
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do:
* Lead Property Strategy – Shape and drive our long-term property plans, aligning with business growth.
* Site Acquisition & Management – Secure prime locations, manage leases, and negotiate the best deals.
* Store Design & Development – Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and sustainability initiatives.
* Cost & Compliance – Manage budgets, challenge costs, and ensure compliance with health & safety.
* Team Leadership – Inspire and develop a high-performing Property team.
What You’ll Bring:
* Significant senior-level property management experience.
* Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, lease agreements, and compliance.
* Proven ability to negotiate leases, control costs, and deliver high-quality store rollouts.
* A strategic mindset with analytical skills to drive data-led decisions.
* Leadership experience, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* RICS qualification is desirable.
