You will work as a member of the therapy team on the ward where you will work alongside the registered Physiotherapists/Occupational Therapists and Assistant Practitioners. The main duties include: Delivery of high quality physiotherapeutic interventions and health care to patients. To provide proactive, holistic case management and rehabilitation whilst working with patients to help them set realistic goals. Utilising health coaching skills to effectively engage with the patient and their family to ensure that expectations are appropriately managed.
