Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday.
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established and well-recognised retail business who, due to growth, are looking to expand their Customer Service Team. The role will play an important part of the business, delivering excellent customer service to their customers.
Main Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
1. Independently respond to customer queries over different points of contact to a high quality.
2. Work towards consistent productivity levels to align with the team.
3. Accurately follow internal processes and identify issues when they arise.
4. Be organised and confident in mailbox management and multi-tasking.
5. Take ownership of queries from start to finish and prioritise customer queries for resolution.
6. Have great product knowledge to inform new, potential customers of the specific details.
7. Work with the rest of the team to ensure we are working together efficiently.
Experience and Skills required:
1. Previous experience within an office-based customer service role.
2. Basic IT/Microsoft Office, communication and writing skills are crucial.
3. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisation are all essential.
4. Ability to follow instructions easily in a fast-paced environment.
5. Initiative to work independently on new ideas, processes, and administrative tasks.
6. Passion to work collaboratively on new ideas within a team.
7. Desire to identify issues and solve problems efficiently.
8. Maintain a straightforward approach to new challenges.
