A new vacancy has arisen for our client based near Woburn who is looking for an Account Manager to work within their Business Development team. Your duties will be varied and you will be ensuring successful operation of services and supporting the drive for new business.

This is a hybrid role offering a basic salary between GBP30,000 to GBP40,000 per annum depending on experience with 2-3 days required working in the office.
Duties of the Account Manager:
* Management of marketing spend, revenues, overheads and overall net profitability.
* Data analysis of client performance.
* Project manage their line of business, including setting priorities for various teams and making sure they are completed within a specific timeframe.
* Learning how to launch a new line of business for the company and its clients.
* Forecasting building service financial projections for existing and new services.
* Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
* Market research and competitor analysis.
* Negotiating contractual terms and involvement in the partner onboarding process.
* Updating websites, terms and conditions and other service supporting documentation as needed to meet the various market regulations.
* Studying and understanding market regulations in order to ensure that compliance is met at all times supported by in-house legal.
* Setting and documenting processes to support the numerous roles undertaking in the team.
* Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver requirements.
* Establish KPIs and track success metrics, making data driven recommendations for strategy optimisation.
Personal Attributes:
* Have good understanding of management within financials, projects and Digital Marketing.
* Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Have good experience using Data Analysis in the workplace.
* Work well within a team but also off your own initiative.
* Bring your own ideas to the role, exploring new or creative avenues for development.
* Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft office packages such as Word and Excel; PhotoShop knowledge would be useful but is not required.
As the Account Manager, you will receive a competitive salary and also generous commission (OTE GBP12,000 to GBP15,000 pa) which will be based on personal performance and company profitability.
